Carpentry Labor

CCA started in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago in 1955 under the name R&D Thiel providing carpentry labor services for home remodeling customers and now has over 1000 carpenters serving America’s premier home builders throughout the Midwest and Florida.  We are proud of the fact that we do not subcontract these services to third parties but rather hire and train our own staff of skilled craftsmen…many of whom have been with our company for ten or more years.  We have an extensive safety and fall protection in place and have an excellent record with OSHA across the board.  Each of our customers, jobsites has a dedicated foreman, who is on site full time and available to discuss production schedule expectations, extra work or change orders…with the authority to perform any services required.  Additionally, there are area superintendents and a Vice President of production in each division that support our field operations and are always available if needed.  We are very proud of our team members who work in the field and our entire operation is geared around supporting their efforts to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
